Cherry Cheesecake NEWTONS® Pancakes

Makes: 6 servings, 2 pancakes each
1 cup pancake and waffle mix
3/4 cup milk
1 Tbsp. oil
1 egg
8 Cherries 'n Cheesecake NEWTONS Snackable Dessert Cookies, chopped
BEAT all ingredients except cookies with wire whisk until large lumps disappear. Gently stir in chopped cookies.
LADLE batter onto lightly greased hot griddle or into hot skillet, using about 1/4 cup batter for each pancake.
COOK until bubbles form on tops, then turn over to brown other sides.
