2. Open only to residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Employees of Kraft Foods Global, Inc., Promotions.com, Inc., Avenue A/Razorfish, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiary companies, retailers, distributors and suppliers (collectively "Sponsor and Related Parties"), and members of their immediate families (and those in their households) are not eligible to enter.

Participants are not eligible to win a Grand Prize in the NabiscoWorld Twistout game if they have won a grand prize associated with another high score promotion on the NabiscoWorld website (*game*) in the 90 days preceding the commencement of this Promotion. MINORS: IN THE EVENT AN E-MAIL ADDRESS IS REQUESTED, MINORS UNDER THE AGE OF 13 WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE THEIR PARENT’S OR LEGAL GUARDIAN’S E-MAIL ADDRESS. IN NO EVENT WILL A MINOR UNDER THE AGE OF 13 BE PERMITTED TO POST HIS/HER OWN NAME WHEN PARTICIPATING. IF A SCREEN NAME IS REQUESTED, THESE MINORS WILL BE REQUIRED TO SELECT A GENERIC SCREEN NAME FROM A LIST DEVELOPED IN ADVANCE BY SPONSOR. ANY MINOR SELECTED AS A WINNER WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE SPONSOR WITH A PARENT PERMISSION FORM WHICH WILL BE SENT TO THE E-MAIL ADDRESS PROVIDED (WHICH MUST INCLUDE A PARENT'S OR LEGAL GUARDIAN'S APPROVAL AND SIGNATURE) RETURNED BY MAIL TO "NABISCOWORLD TWISTOUT GAME - PARENT PERMISSION", C/O PROMOTIONS.COM, INC., ATTN: CS, 8420 W. BRYN MAWR STE 280, CHICAGO, IL 60631, WITHIN FOURTEEN (14) DAYS OF ISSUANCE OF THAT FORM. IF SUCH MINOR DOES NOT RETURN A COMPLETED PARENT PERMISSION FORM WITHIN THIS PERIOD, HE/SHE WILL FORFEIT HIS/HER RIGHT TO BE DECLARED A WINNER AND/OR WIN A PRIZE AND AN ALTERNATE WINNER WILL BE SELECTED.

3. To enter the Promotion, play the NabiscoWorld Twistout game at www.NabiscoWorld.com. The top one hundred (100) registered scorers ranked from among all participants who have played the game during the Promotion Period will have their score posted on the site. In addition, the top one hundred (100) registered scorers at the end of the Promotion Period will be entered into a random drawing for a chance to win a Grand Prize. Each participant’s highest score will be their only score posted. Limit one high score posted per individual. One (1) Grand Prize: a KitchenAid® Food Processor (estimated retail value is $329.99). Prize is only as detailed above. In the event any of the top one hundred (100) registered scorers are under the age of 13, they will not be permitted to post their own names, but instead will select a generic screen name from a list that has been developed in advance by Sponsor. In the event there is a tie such that more than one participant has the lowest score among the top one hundred (100) registered scorers, each of the tied participants will be entered into the drawing mentioned above. Scores from each game may only be submitted online once. Duplicate submissions for the same game will result in disqualification of all submissions for that game. Limit one prize per registered user and per household.

4. The winner will be chosen at random, within 7 days from the date that the promotion period ends, from the top one hundred (100) registered scorers (subject to rule #3 above). Winner will be chosen by Promotions.com, Inc., an independent judging organization, whose decisions will be final. Winner will be notified by e-mail within 14 days from the date that the promotion period ends. In the event that any e-mail to a potential winner is returned as undeliverable or a response is not received to a given e-mail within seven (7) days of its issuance, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. The odds of winning depend upon the number of participants playing the NabiscoWorld Twistout game and the skill at playing such game.

5. If you are among the top one hundred (100) registered scorers (as defined in Rule #3), you will be entered in the drawing. Subject to the terms of these rules, you must be one of the top one hundred (100) registered scorers at the conclusion of the Promotion Period to be included in this drawing. Participants must provide a valid e-mail address or be disqualified. Any minor must follow the instructions provided in paragraph 2 of these rules. Any prize won by a minor will be awarded in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian. Winner (and the parent or legal guardian of any minor winner) may be required, in the sole discretion of the judges, to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability release and, where legal, a publicity release within fourteen (14) days of issuance of those documents or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Prize is not transferable or substitutable except Sponsor retains the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if stated prize or portion of prize is not available. Winner shall be solely responsible for any federal, state or local taxes and any other expenses not specified in these rules.

6. By accepting prize, winner (and winner’s parent/legal guardian, if winner is a minor) consents to the use of their name and/or likeness by Sponsor and its designees for advertising, promotional and other purposes without compensation or notification (except where prohibited by law).

7. By entering, entrants (and their parents/legal guardians, if entrants are minors) agree that Sponsor and Related Parties shall have no liability and shall be held harmless for any damage, loss or injury resulting from participation in this Promotion or the use or misuse of any prize.

8. Sponsor and Related Parties are not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, miscommunications, failed phone, computer or telephone transmissions or technical failure (including but not limited to a defect in the promotion), jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or otherwise or for any damage to entrant’s or other person’s hardware or software as a result of participation. In the event of a dispute as to identity of entrant, entrant will be deemed the account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Promotion as solely determined by the judges will be disqualified. Every submission must be manually keystroked and manually entered by the individual participant and repetitive automated electronic submission of entries is specifically disallowed. In the event the Promotion is compromised by virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend or terminate the Promotion or any portion thereof and/or terminate the participation of any participant (and void his/her entries) whose conduct potentially compromises the Promotion.

9. All decisions of Kraft Foods Global, Inc. and the judges relating to the Promotion are final. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All applicable laws apply.
