Reduced Fat Dip Toppers and Dips

  1. Crabmeat Salsa Dip: Mix 1 can (8 oz.) crabmeat, drained and flaked, with 1/4 cup TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS Mild or Medium Salsa and 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, 1/3 Less Fat than Cream Cheese.

  2. Yogurt & Fruit Dip: Blend BREYERS Vanilla Lowfat Yogurt with chopped apple, chopped pear and golden raisins. Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon.

  3. Spinach Dip: Mix well-drained frozen spinach with BREAKSTONE’S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream, chopped water chestnuts and finely chopped onion. Season to taste.

  4. Cheese with Preserves: Top 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, 1/3 Less Fat than Cream Cheese, with your favorite preserves and sprinkle with sliced almonds. Heat in microwave until cheese is warm and slightly softened.

  5. Veggie Delight Dip: Blend BREAKSTONE’S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream with finely chopped vegetables (try: mushrooms, red peppers and carrots.) Season to taste.

  • BREAKSTONE’S Fat Free Cottage Cheese topped with kiwi, strawberries, banana or grapes
