4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened
1/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
1 can (6 oz.) crabmeat, drained, flaked
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 Tbsp. KRAFT Reduced Fat Parmesan Style Grated Topping
3 drops hot pepper sauce
48 RITZ Reduced Fat Crackers
MIX all ingredients except crackers; cover.
REFRIGERATE at least 1 hour.
SPOON about 1 tsp. of the crabmeat mixture onto each cracker just before serving.
